As simple as Neon and Bor’s problems may be, they always find the most complicated and crazy solution. Why should they tidy their room when they can invent T.I.M., a totally intelligent machine that does it for them? Why does Neon have to write a school essay when she can clone herself and have countless helpers? For Neon and Bor, there is always an easy way or a complicated mission to build a great invention. Of course, they are successful, even if the path to success always escalates in the most dramatic way possible and drives their parents crazy.

The main character of the series, Neon, is a free spirit and, with her fearless and unconventional manner, teaches young audiences to look for unusual solutions to their own problems.
