Jargo

Soon Jargo (Constantin von Jascheroff) will be sixteen and for his birthday he wants one thing above all: to finally become a man. But first he has to face the challenges of his new homeland. Raised in Saudi Arabia, he suddenly finds himself in a Berlin high-rise housing estate after the suicide of his father (Udo Kier). Although the neighbor girl Emilia (Josefine Preuß) stands by his side, he feels alien in his new surroundings. But his direct manner wins him respect. Even from Kamil (Oktay Özdemir), a petty criminal from Turkey. Jargo admires him, because Kamil is a real guy and damn cool – except when it comes to Mona (Nora von Waldstätten). Jargo is also attracted to this mysterious beauty. Jargo and Kamil quickly become friends and soon plan their first coup together, a burglary at the Filipino cigarette mafia. While preparations are in full swing, Jargo’s guilty conscience plagues him: He has betrayed his best buddy and slept with Mona. Kamil finds out about it – shortly before the joint burglary is due to take place. Furious with jealousy, he lets Jargo walk into a trap….
